The story starts on a misty mountaintop and unfurls all the way down to the sea. Here, on the conscientiously-developed 44 acres of NordHavn Camden, you experience the unparalleled and pristine beauty of Maine’s wild coast. Let the transcendent power of nature and design inspire, transform, and replenish you.

ABOUT NORDHAVN PARTNERS

We strive to offer slow, quiet luxury experiences in natural settings.

NordHavn Partners was formed in 2022 with the intent to develop residential and hospitality destinations for seasonal residents and travelers seeking new ways to experience northern New England.

NordHavn Camden represents the culmination of years of thoughtful planning. Our team shares a vision for a new approach to development in which beautiful, healthy, modern living spaces can be built in harmony with the environment to create a community with a shared respect for nature and appreciation of elevated aesthetics.

In addition to form, we are focused on function. As we build this community, we are committed to ecologically sourced, sustainable materials, low-impact construction practices, the preservation of wildlife habitat, and the local sourcing of products and services.

We look forward to sharing this special place with you.
